I have to say Middleton Park House in Castletown Geoghan is one of my favourite places to visit as it is not very often we see a location with such a grand staircase like the one here. The Georgian architecture really has stood the test of time and makes for such a truly fabulous place to have your wedding day there.

After the service at St Michael’s Catholic Church we headed straight to Middleton Park House to do the family pictures. Just before heading down the long driveway I asked the couple to stop by these huge trees so I could capture an image I had in my mind. It was not all plain sailing at first as the heavens opened up on us and the first attempt at getting this shot was scuppered somewhat. A little while later we were blessed with some lovely weather so I grabbed them both and took them back down whilst we had the time to do it.
I got my shot in the end and the couple have a fabulous image that is asking to be printed as a canvas.
